How do I set up my email so that I
can receive it at home?
- To set up your email all you need to do is have a
unique user account.
- Outlook Express Once you have created an
account in the control panel there will be a link to
configure Outlook Express click on it and follow the
directions.
- Other Email Programs the following shows what
the basic settings are:
POP3 Server: mail.yourdomain.com (e.g. mail.dwolf.com)
Account Name:
If primary administrator account adminname (e.g. testadmin)
If user account user+yourdomain.com (e.g. user+dwolf.com)
Password is the password you setup
SMTP Server please refer to your ISP's settings.
If your ISP does not support email relaying
contact us.

How do I get my FrontPage web
to my site?
When publishing put your desired publishing location in
the specified area with http://www.yourdomain.com/ as the
location. You will also need to enter your user name
and password. Please note that only site administrators may
update the main page.

Using FTP
The way our FTP is set up when you FTP to the server you
will be automatically placed in your root directory.
Please note that only site administrators will be able to
update the main web site.

What file name should I use as
the first page name?
index.html - is the only constantly supported default page
that is loaded when no particular page is specified.
If you are using any supported web technology you may wish
to use a web redirect similar to the following:

I am trying to update our
website and I can not see any changes to the site, what
could be wrong?
- You could have the incorrect default page name see
this.
- Your browser may have the old page in cache you may
need to refresh (in IE F5 will do this) the page, o/r
close all the existing browsers and try to view your newly
uploaded page again
- Check your FTP or Publishing software to make sure no
errors where returned when you tried to publish your page.
- Some dial-up providers cache frequently pages to make
it seem like your site uploads fasters, though a great
marketing tool, not good for a webmaster trying to test a
new page! The only thing you can do in this case is
wait.

Can I check email via the web?
Sure if you are reading this you can click on the email icon
at the top of the page and it will bring you to a page where
you can select whether you want secure email or non-secure
email. Additionally if you would like an easy to
remember way to get to web mail just go to yourdomain.com/webmail.
